Rate Limits

Factulit may throttle API traffic to protect the service and downstream processing.

Clients should:

• Retry transient 5xx and 503 responses with exponential backoff.
• Respect the Retry-After header when it is present.
• Avoid retrying 401, 403, 404, or 422 responses without changing the request or account configuration.
• Use idempotent external IDs so repeated sync attempts do not create duplicate business records.
